Raine has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Providence (formerly the University of Great Falls).
Trained in EMDR and educated on how to utilize integrated therapeutic techniques simultaneously with traditional counseling working with adults.

 She has a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

 She has worked with a diverse clientele from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She feels therapy should be tailored to the client and their needs.

She uses a variety of theoretical perspectives and an integrated approach to individual, family, and group therapy sessions. She has extensive experience with PTSD, trauma, grief, bipolar, anxiety, life transitions, and LGBTQ+.
